Placement & career support guide
Understand the difference between placement claims, employer examples, internships, alumni outcomes and the evidence you should request before admission.

How to read placement information
Do not compare colleges using one headline percentage or highest package. Compare the same definitions across the same graduating year: number seeking jobs, number placed, unique offers, median/average pay, role types and locations.
Published employer examples
Organisation names are shown as career-ecosystem examples referenced in Mobility India’s published BPO/MPO career information. They do not imply that every organisation is a current placement partner or that employment is guaranteed.
Ask for a placement evidence pack
Batch denominator
How many students graduated, and how many actively sought jobs?
Placement rate definition
Does “placed” mean at least one offer, accepted offer, or joined employment?
Salary distribution
Ask for median, average and highest CTC with geography and role context.
Role quality
What job titles, responsibilities and clinical/technical roles did graduates receive?
Employer relationship
Separate campus recruiters, internship hosts, alumni employers and “potential employer” examples.
Higher study
How many graduates chose MPO, research, international progression or entrepreneurship instead of immediate employment?
From classroom to employability
Build health-science, biomechanics and P&O theory.
Translate concepts into safe assessment, design, fitting and follow-up.
Develop supervised practice habits and professional communication.
CV, interview, portfolio/case reflection, alumni networking and employer awareness.
Continue supervision, reflective practice and competency development after joining.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Its current BPO page states a 100% placement record since 2013. This portal labels that as an institution-published claim rather than an individual employment guarantee.
Published BPO/MPO career information references organisations including Ottobock, Endolite India, Humanity & Inclusion, Bionics P&O, ICRC, CMC Vellore, ALIMCO and other rehabilitation institutions.
Not necessarily. A graduate working at an organisation, a potential employer example, an internship host and a formal campus recruiter are different relationships.
Ask for the latest batch size, students seeking jobs, offers, unique students placed, role titles, locations, median/average/highest CTC and recruiter list.
No. Highest package alone does not represent typical outcomes. Median and role/location breakdowns are more useful.
No. International practice depends on local recognition, licensing, immigration and employer requirements.
Professional short courses such as WSTP are primarily upskilling programmes and should not be evaluated like campus-placement degree programmes.
No. Internship provides practical exposure; conversion into employment depends on performance, vacancies and employer processes.
Recent alumni can provide grounded information on job roles, onboarding, skills employers value and transition from study to work.
